NAME OF THE DISTRICTS IN THE STATE (Location): All districts in the state of Gujarat and Silvassa, Daman & Diu 

Address: The Deputy Zonal Head (Ahmedabad), IDBI Bank Ltd, 1st Floor, A-Wing,  Off CG Road, Nr. Lal Bungalow Complex, Opp. Municipal Staff Quarters, Ahmedabad, Pin :380006, Gujarat 

Panel Period: The empanelment of architects would be valid for a consecutive period of Two (02) years from the date of acceptance by the Bank. Bank reserves right to extend the validity of the empanelment for a further period of one year without assigning any reasons thereto. 

Service Area: Gujarat including UT of Dadra & Nagar Haveli

Qualification / Eligibility Criteria: 

The Architect/ Firm should have their regd./ branch office in the any of the states mentioned above

The architect should have valid Registration certificate with Council of Architecture

The Bidder should have valid GST registration certificate. 

The architect should have sound financial position reflected in their annual turnover during the last three previous financial years ending March 31, 2021 (Copies of audited Balance sheet & P&L  Account statements duly certified by CA, Copy of IT Returns to be submitted are to be self￾certified). (ie, Any three of FY – 17-18, FY-18-19, FY 19-20 & FY 20-21). 

The contractor should have executed successfully similar works during last 7 years ending March 31, 2021 which should be any of the following:- 

(a) Three similar completed works, each costing not less than Rs. 12 lakhs

(b) Two similar completed works, each costing not less than Rs. 15 lakhs

(b) One similar completed work costing not less than Rs.24 lakhs

Similar work means "Interior Civil works, Interior Fit outs, Soft furnishing works, Net working & Internal Electrical Works, Air Conditioning works etc." Preference will be given for works done in Financial Institutions/Banks (Both public as well as private sector banks)
