High-Rise Staff Accommodation: 160 Nos. (1BHK:2BHK:3BHK; 40:40:20)

Future Development: Cafeteria, Library, Academic Building and any other major and minor development at RRU Campus including all services.

A Consultant will be selected under the Quality and Cost Based Selection method (QCBS) and in a proposal format as described in this RFP, per the policies of the Government of India and as per terms and conditions as contained in this RFP. The financial proposal shall be in the form of a fee to be quoted in the percentage of the estimated total project cost as included in the RFP
